I am from the bustling city of London, and I absolutely love exploring new places and experiencing exceptional hospitality. My ideal hotel must have all the amenities I enjoy, such as free Wi-Fi, a comfortable bed, and a convenient location. Upon staying at this hotel in Ramsgate, I was pleasantly surprised to find that it covered all my preferences and more. the sailor theme added a quirky touch to the decor, and the fresh pint of milk with tea and coffee upon my arrival was a thoughtful gesture. the prompt assistance from Paul when we had an issue with a lock late at night displayed excellent service and dedication to guest satisfaction. Overall, my experience at this hotel was truly delightful, and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Ramsgate. Thank you, Paul, for ensuring a pleasant stay.
